Our office is committed to maintaining a high standard of dentistry and we attend regular continuing education to keep up to date on new techniques and materials. We understand that cosmetic dentistry is at the forefront of our profession and we have studied "smile design" and offer a wide range of services to enhance your smile including whitening, veneers and bonding to name a few.

We also believe in an open atmosphere where patients feel comfortable discussing their treatment needs. We encourage questions and comments to assist patients in making good choices for themselves. By doing so we ensure expectations can be met for both the patient and the dentist, since it requires effort from both parties to create long, lasting, healthy smiles.

Dr. Dennis Leung began his dental career in Edmonton where he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree at the University of Alberta. Prior to that he had transferred from a microbiology program at the University of Calgary. Deciding that Calgary was more suited to his lifestyle he returned and joined a busy family practice for approximately three years before starting his own practice here at the Canterra Dental Centre.

Dr. Leung is a caring, compassionate person who is very enthusiastic and has a great sense of humor. His passion for dentistry can be seen in the vast amounts of continuing education courses that he attends in order to provide his patients with the latest in technology and techniques. Dr. Leung takes tremendous pride in creating happy, content patients in a relaxed environment while maintaining a high standard of quality. He has developed a patient centered approach in treatment planning working with the patient to develop the best solutions for each individual.

His professional career is a reflection of his personal life. His love for sports both indoors and outdoors, winter and summer provide a healthy means to reduce the stresses of everyday living. If not at the office you can probably catch him working-out at the gym, snowboarding, playing hockey or volleyball, or better yet golfing in the summer (of course, how typical!).
